Nestle/Blue Triton, Now Soon to be NewCo

Apparently, as the first stage in flipping this private equity firm and running off with a major profit, Blue Triton has merged with another water company and changed its name to NewCo. This entity is soon to trade on the New York Stock Exchange and is no longer a private company. Dean Metropolis, however, will be heading it up to give the appearance that it is still the same entity, entitled to use the same permits. Our allies in Colorado question this assumption and are pursuing legal rulings on such permit transfers.
Meanwhile, our allies in California have had significant victories in their ten year battle to shut Nestle/Blue Triton down in the San Bernadino Valley, where they have been pumping on expired permits. The US Forest...
