We met Rich Sheridan while he was putting the final touches on his second book about the innovative way he and his team run Menlo Innovations, an award-winning software company. Storylicious was asked to create a book trailer for Chief Joy Officer.

This is more than the story of the book, but about the lessoned shared for any leader who is willing to make the recommended changes in their businesses. Every business faces an existential threat from its competition, and this book is the remedy. We chose to create a documentary-style video where the script was derived from an interview with Rich, and then we spend several days with his team in Ann Arbor to capture the essence of this incredible company.
