Discover Where Amazing Works Social Work Supervisor LCSW- Inpatient Psych - NYP-Brooklyn Methodist - Days SW Supervisor needed to provide supervision to inpatient psychiatric social workers. The position oversees the work of the social workers, mentors them, and helps them hone their skills. The supervisor must be able to address clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans as well as issues related to engagement and discharge. The supervisor must have knowledge of serious and persistent mental illness as well as the service system that provides their care.
