Attention experienced HRBP’s! Lend your expertise to a leading healthcare organization!

These are high impact roles working closely with management and employees going thru significant shifts in the organizational structure. The candidate hired will do the regular business partner stuff - hands-on and strategic input, advise on both routine and non-routine employee relations issues involving expertise in conflict management, internal investigations, benefit adjudications and organizational development. We think this is an ideal job for someone in between jobs who loves challenges or even a recent HRBP retiree who wants a few months of unique challenges.

Here’s what you’ll be doing…

·Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

·Collaborate with the HR team on current initiatives.

·Effectively manage workplace investigations

·Provide subject matter expertise for employee inquires during a new benefits roll-out.

Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate for this interim role…

• 5+ years of HR experience in a Healthcare environment where you have performed similar work
• Work at all levels of the HR “stack”, navigating through periods of ambiguity.
• Manage multiple, sometimes complex issues and prioritize what you do each day.
• Demonstrate integrity in your communications, build your personal and HR credibility.
• Be familiar with both union and nonunion segments of a workforce.
• Work within the Google Suite

• Knows how to process info analytically – good problem solver.

Important Job Details:

• The hourly pay rate is $60-$70 per hour
• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
• Schedule: 8am-5pm (M-F)
• Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite), some travel within King County may be required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen (including THC).
