About the Job:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to hand employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment from collaborating with hiring managers and posting jobs, to sourcing and screening candidates, through onboarding and orientation for all new hires.
  • Oversee benefits and serve as the liaison to brokers and vendors, coordinating open enrollment and developing wellness initiatives.
  • Support compensation and benchmarking of positions through market analysis.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

About You:

  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with a strong background in HR administration, management, or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR is required; A Master's degree is preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.

About the Position:

  • Up to $150K (DOE) and a well-rounded benefits package.
