Position Overview:
Multiply Church is seeking a talented, dynamic, and Spirit-filled individual to join our team as a
Associate Worship Pastor. This position will play a key role in leading and developing our
worship ministry, helping foster a culture of authentic worship, and utilizing modern worship
technology to enhance the worship experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Worship Pastor and church staff in planning, organizing, and
executing worship services snd church events.
Lead worship for weekend services and other church events.
Utilize modern worship technology (e.g., Ableton, ProPresenter)
Develop and disciple the worship team, alongside the Worship Pastor, to foster a culture
of excellence, teamwork, and spiritual growth both on and off stage.
Help with recruitment, training, and equipping worship team members, including
instrumentalists and vocalists.
Assist in planning and leading special events, including conferences and church-wide
worship nights.
Maintain an environment of prayer, fasting, and worship, in alignment with the values of
Multiply Church and the Assemblies of God, including the empowering presence of the
Holy Spirit in all ministry activities.
Support and engage with the church community, helping foster a culture of unity,
creativity, and worship.
Maintain a personal lifestyle and ministry that reflects Christ and his Wor
Skills & Qualification
3+ years of worship ministry experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Proficiency in playing piano, with strong vocal abilitie
Solid knowledge and experience with worship technology, including Ableton Live and
ProPresenter.
Strong understanding of contemporary and traditional worship cultures
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and volunteers in a fast-paced,
growing environment.
Commitment to the values and doctrines of the Assemblies of God, including the baptism
in the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit.
