Under the direction of the Correctional Plant Manager II (CPM II) and the indirect supervision of the Correctional Plant Supervisor (CPS), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will perform various complex and technical assignments; analyzes, reviews, and makes recommendations on various departmental requests affecting the Plant Operations, (e.g. utility usage, efficiency measures). Develops, reviews, and initiates operational procedures affecting Plant Operations and make recommendations relating to their impacts by using IBM TRIRIGA software which is an integrated workplace management system (IWMS) that streamlines real estate and facilities management, optimizing portfolio performance and asset life cycles. Develop program analysis methods on TRIRIGA equipment history data. Process reports for CPM II and CPS as requested. Input, track, monitor, analyze open and closed work orders within the TRIRIGA system, and provide monthly reports to supervisors. Reviews data and recommend implementation of repair strategies or equipment replacement. Assist with development and preparation of annual budget concept statements, budget change proposals and special repair projects. Prepare the Annual Work Plan. Monitor and track Plant Operations contracts. Interact with Plant Operations supervisory staff to develop and coordinate training programs for work order procedures and bar-code identification system.
